He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Moore, Jr. and Edythe Moore Don. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jean Moore; his siblings, Richard "Dicky" Moore and Lucile Moore; his children, Randy Moore (Judy), Tanya Gunderson (Jeff), Jetta Osburn (Kevin) and Lisa Marie Lusk; his siblings, Tommy Moore, Randy Moore, Marie Elaine King, Grandchidren Cameron Hooper, Devon Hooper, Isabella Gunderson, Shawn Gunderson and Justyn Moore; and his great grandchild Elaina Hooper. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
A memorial golf event will be held on August 14, 2021 at New Haven Golf Club. in lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Liberty Scholarship Fund or area junior golf programs.
