He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Stephens and Rachel Stephens; his wife Jean Stephens; and his brother Carl Stephens Jr. (Lewis Stephens). He is survived by: his sons, Donald Stephens Jr., Malcolm Stephens (Deby) and Darrell Stephens (Tina); and his sisters, Cora Jean Wilson and Bettye Kay Oden. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
