He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Penny and Barbara Penny. He is survived by: his son Preston Penny (Katy); and his siblings, Charles Penny, Dale Penny (Kim) and Deena Penny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
