Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Morgan (Texarkana, Texas), born in Covington, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 70, on October 1, 2018. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Morgan; his siblings, Lee Roy Morgan of Clifton Forge, Virginia Morgan, Lonnie Morgan of Covington, Virginia and Vicki Porter; and his brother-in-law Lloyd Porter. He is also survived by three nieces; three nephews; and a number of other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Texarkana Animal Shelter in honor of his rescue dog, Prissy.
