He is survived by: his wife Hazel Louann Moseley; his children, Jennifer Ranes (Ronald) of Elmo, Joseph Moseley (Dana) of Virginia, James Horsman of Dallas and Jacob Horsman of New York; and his sisters, Sue and Jody Pope of Tennessee. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and numerous nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.
