She was predeceased by: her parents, Belar Sims and Alice Sims (Pete Patterson); her daughter Martha Lynn Thacker; and her son-in-law Bob Taylor. She is survived by: her spouse H. D. "Pete" Patterson; her children, Betty Taylor of Terrell, TX, Deborah Hendrickson (Roger) of Memphis, TN and Joel Patterson (Emily) of Midlothian, TX; and her grandchildren, Lisa Parker (Chris) of Wills Point, TX, Tara Butler of Allen, TX, Katie Lewis (Justin) of Somerville, TN, Lisa Hendrickson of Memphis, TN, Christina Gonzalez (John) of Garland, TX, Jake Patterson (Amanda) of Seagoville, TX, Olivia Hatley of Midlothian, TX and Bella Hatley of Midlothian, TX. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
