He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Willie Elser and Mamie Lee Jackson Elser (Janice LaJuan Elser); and his daughter Jenny Phillip. He is survived by: his wife Billie Doud of Terrell, TX; his son Danny Ray Elser; and his grandson Walter Daniel Elser.
