He is survived by: his wife Malinda Bostick; his siblings, Tammy Edwards (Eddy), Richard Dale Bostick (Trish) and Christie Bostick; his half-siblings, Mark, J. C. Bostick and Morgan Daws; his stepchildren, Misty Martinez Hogan and David Hogan Jr.; his grandchildren, Alysia Martinez, Aubri Martinez, Angel Hogan Schiller (J. J.) and Faith Hogan Thorn (Tristan); his great grandchildren, Raelynn Thorn and Jaylenn Schiller; his nephews, Shane Bostick and Taylor Bostick; his niece Sasha Whiteside; and his close friends, Bronna Cathey and Kay Spurgeon.
