She is survived by: her husband Mike Whiteside; her son Shawn Paul Berry; her mother-in-law Kathlyn Whiteside; and her siblings, Panfilo Jr. Martinez, Diane Barron, Mary Elizabeth Hernandez, Laurie Martinez-Weiderman, Gwen Martinez and Kelly Martinez Mike.
Even during those last two years, she continued to celebrate holidays and while she stayed safe at home during COVID; she used her cell phone to check on others.
