He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Anne Ballard (Mullins) and Ruben Ballard. He is survived by: his son Gregory; his sister Billye Weaver; his nephew Kenneth Weaver; his wife Guylene Longley Ballard; his daughter Shelby Ballard of Terrell; his grandchildren, Jordan Courtney (Brandon) of Tatum, Kenna Carroll (Aaron) of Athens, JoDee Ballard of Austin and Corey Kilbride of Terrell; his nephews, Gary Weaver and Jeffrey Weaver of Terrell; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Turner, Michael Ann Courtney, Audrey Turner, Madison Courtney and Adam Carroll.
