He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Foster; his children, Chip Foster (Marilyn) of Dallas, TX, Patti Ann Saldana (Roberto) of Rockwall, TX, Vickie Painter (Ricky) of Kaufman, TX and Karen Tucker (Shannon) of Katy, TX; his sister Merlene Miller of Lewisville, TX; and his grandchildren, Crystal Morrissey (Sean), Jonathan Ezry Johnson, Tyrone Lee Saxon, Eric Painter (Crystal), Shandi Nelson (Justin), Travis Painter (Danielle), Brooke Bjornson, Nichole Kalb, Brandon Kalb, Baylie Tucker and Chloe Tucker. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
