He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Donald Meeks and Juanita Jordan Pirtle. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Meeks of Terrell; his children, Toni Woodall (Cody), Dustin Dean, Kina Miller and David Dean; his grandchildren, Kylie Lisenby, Kayden Mitte, Tyler, Caleb and Nathan Swift; and his siblings, Luann Willis, Tricia Selman (Richard) and Buck Pirtle (Tina).
