He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Ethier and Vivian Webb Ethier Monk; his grandparents, Roy and Betty Webb; and his brother Thomas Ethier.

He is survived by: his aunts, Polly Webb of Terrell and Winnie Sutherland of Forney; and his cousins, Debra Airheart (Terry), Rhonda Smith (Alvis), James Reed, Kellie Perry (Joe), Robert Smith, Spencer Perry, Blake Perry, Laura Hill, Austin Hill, Ryanne Smith and Reilly Smith. He is also survived by other extended family members and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in honor of Mike.
