He is survived by: his mother Mary Mildred Uptmor (Thompson) of Terrell; his sister Carla Sue Fuentes; his wife Lori Hessel Uptmor of Terrell; his children, Beverly Smith (Rodney) of Hot Springs, Ark, April Winiewicz (Chris) of Austin, Bryan Uptmor of Terrell, Randy Wood (Lorraine) of Forney and Chase Wood of Terrell; his grandchildren, Jacob, Riley Smith, Koby, Kambry, Kason Wood, Christian, Ava Winiewicz and Aiden Wood; his siblings, Norman Joe Uptmor (Bonnie) of Fairfield and Peggy Smith (Lee) of Scurry; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Dudley (Nathan) of Terrell, Janice Peek, Bill Hessel (Lucy) of Terrell and Danny Hessel (Anna) of Terrell.
