She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Green and Evelyn Green; her husband Bobby Mayfield; her son Stuart Jeffrey Gale; her brothers, Kenneth Green and Danny Green; and her daughter Jennifer Griffis (Kevin).
She is survived by: her grandson Connor Griffis; her stepsons, Steve Mayfield (Sarah) and Chris Mayfield (Becky); her brother Donnie Green (Vickie); her sister-in-law Carolyn Green; her caregiver Wendy Moore (Bubba); her grandchildren, Amanda Hill (Justin), Cory Mayfield, Casey Mayfield (Crystal), Dru Mayfield (Jacquelyn), Mitch Mayfield and Matt Mayfield; and her friend LaJuan. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews, extended family.
