He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Keith Dansby and Theresa Marie Dansby (Davis); and his siblings, Jimmy Dansby and Maria Dansby. He is survived by: his wife Pat "Dodi" Dansby; his daughter Ashley Smith (Billy); his grandsons, Wyatt and Elliott; his son Richard "Andy" Dansby; his stepson Michael Paden (Carrie); and his stepgrandchildren, Thomas and Josie.
