He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Scott (Henry Nugent) and Thelma Kay Scott. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Nugent (Tamara) of Albuquerque, NM, Joe Nugent of Fort Collins, CO and Colleen Nelson (Chad) of Terrell, TX; his grandchildren, Morgan Nugent, Katlin Green, Dylan Starks, Dustin Starks, Zachary Nugent, Riley Nugent, Alec Nugent and Brady Nugent; his great grandchildren, Jameson Green, Jase Green, Scottie and Brixleigh Nugent; and his brother Douglas Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
