He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. Holt, Sr. and Harriett Jane Avard; and his siblings, Tom Livingston, Lucy Moore and Mary Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Ellen Hendley Holt; his daughters, Trina Lynn Holt Schrah (Frank) of Denison and Pamela Jo Holt Toups of San Antonio; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Denise Ward, Billy Wayne Huffstetler, Christopher Andrew Huffstetler, Achaisha Denee Hudson and Stormy Ellen Toups. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rockwall & Brin Church of Christ (407 N Rockwall Ave, Terrell, TX 75160).
