He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann Starnes of Terrell; his grandchildren, Bailey O'Neal (Jack), Elisabeth Harden and Ryann Starnes; and his great grandchildren, Christian Harden and Beckah Harden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
