He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Carter and Patricia Suzanne Hill (Henry); his wife Gloria Hill of Terrell; his children, Chere Thomas of Terrell and Richard Dean Hill of Terrell; his grandchild Jeremie Gibson of Tatum, TX.; his great grandchildren, Breeanna Gibson, Jeremiah Gibson, Grady Gibson, Levi Gibson, Malachi Gibson, Keira Bediar, Savanah Waters, Cheyenne Sinclair, Draygan Sinclair, Kylie Bedair and Kyla; and his great great grandchild Haivyn Ray.
