It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Kasper (Terrell, Texas), who passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha Glynn and Wilfred Alvin Kasper; his wife Billie; his father-in-law Sterling James Ford; his aunts, Ann McConnell Glynn and Blanche Glynn Rizkal; his cousin Kenneth Wayne Schlebach; his children, Daniel and Kody; and his siblings, Lisa and Michael (Mollie).
