With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Faye June Cunningham (Terrell, Texas), born in Wyandotte, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 26, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her father Herman Chester Powell; her siblings, Pamela Krage and Mark H. Powell; her nephew Shawn Powell; and her son-in-law Mark Hardin.
She is survived by: her mother June Rose Powell (Royer); her children, Melissa Hardin of Terrell, TX and William J. Cunningham (Emily) of Van, TX.; her grandchildren, Mike Hardin (Stephanie) of Terrell, TX, Christine Howard (Dusty) of Rockwall, TX, Shelby Daugherty (Chuck) of Rockwall, TX, Brynlei Massey (Xzavion) of Rockwall, TX, Briggs Cunningham of Van, TX and Lee Wallace of Wills Point, TX.; her great grandchildren, Avery Hardin and Tate Daugherty; her nephews, Jason Krage (Angela) of Terrell, TX, Mark Powell (Amy) of Baltimore, MD and Matthew Powell (Kelly) of Williston, Ohio.; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison Jistel (Casey) of Ben Wheeler, TX, Teresa Powell of Baltimore, MD., Zackery Krage, Ashley of Canton, TX and Caden Powell of Williston, OH.; and also Lilith Lane (Randi Krage) of Ben Wheeler, TX. She is also survived by Mom, Grandma, and GiGi, to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goggans Funeral Home (1234 Main St, Terrell, TX 75160). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
