He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Benish and Jean Benish; and his sister Joann Lohrman. He is survived by: his wife Lori Anne Benish; his children, EJ Benish (Devon), Josh Benish (Nicole), Cody Smith (Abagail Mullin), Laura Davis (Adam) and Caitlyn Smith; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Lily, Eli, Aiden, Ava, Skyler, Gracie and Marley; and his siblings, David Benish, Margaret Jean Riedminger and Barbie Davidson.
