He was predeceased by: his parents, David List Sr. and Betty McConnell; and his brother Michael List. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his sons, David List III (Karri) and Jarred List (Kristina); his sisters, Beth Shipp, Michelle Gillispie (Joe) and Stephanie Gamble (Lewis); and his grandchildren, Logan List, Jane, Morgan List and Kolby List.
