He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Edward, Sr. and Eula Stallings; his brother Walter Edward Stallings, Jr.; his children, Dawn Stallings of Phoenix, AZ and Scott Stallings (Phyllis) of Ben Wheeler, TX; his stepchildren, Leah Fisher and John Blackmon; his grandchildren, Maranda, Marley, Amanda, Dwayne and David; his stepgrandchildren, Mike Fisher (Kristi), Heather Fisher and Jamie Bell; and his brother C. R. "Dick" Stallings. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, many other extended family and friends.
