She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Rutledge (Rick) and Melba June Rutledge; her mother-in-law Betty Samples; her niece Christi Carle; her son-in-law Dwight Lindsey; and her brother-in-law Curtis.
She is survived by: her children, Rusty (Kim) and Wendi (Jeremy); her husband Hobert Samples; her grandchildren, Jamie Parrish (Hayden), Tyler Lindsey (Cortney) and Kayla Saenz (Omar); her great grandchildren, Cooper Attaway, Bryleigh Attaway, Stella Jane Parrish, Oaklee Lindsey, Connor MacWithey, Damien MacWithey and Austin MacWithey; and her siblings, Bill Carle (Margie), Richard, Steve and Kathy Cox (Bill).
