She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Harp and Cordy Harp (McGuffey); her husband James Powell; her daughter Debbie; and her brothers, Bob Harp and Kenneth Harp.

She is survived by: her children, Jimmy, Ricky, Robin, Rusty (Angie), Betsy, Vicki and Becky (Carl); and her siblings, Steve (Debbie) and Lee Mellor. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
