She is survived by: her husband Hank Smith of Terrell; and her siblings, Amanda Starr (Gary) of Pearly, TX, Butch Choate of Dallas and Pat Choate Dickerson (Rachel Harper) of Terrell. She is also survived by her cousin, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
