He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Jones Banks and Lois Fay Washam Banks; his wife Martha Turner Banks; and his stepson Derrel Wayne Robertson. He is survived by: his stepson David Robertson (Carolyn); his stepdaughter-in-law Lana Lively Robertson; and his sons, James Banks (Cathy) and Roland Jay Banks. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
