He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertha Fay Pharis Irons and Henry Clay Irons; and his sisters, Naomi Irons Cole and Rita Irons Rushing. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rogge Irons; his daughters, Deanna Irons Golden, Dari Irons Holliman (Keith), Kristy Irons Wilson (Jerry) and Stacey Irons McDonald (Tim); and his granddaughter Amanda Different Herrera. He is also survived by twenty nine grandchildren and spouses, and thirty three great grandchildren.
