She was predeceased by: her parents, John Biesiada and Pauline Lewandowski Biesiada; and her husband Eugene Haak. She is survived by: her children, Lilly Walker (Kenneth) of Judy Haak and Willy Haak (Starla) of Robert Haak; her brothers, John Biesiada and Paul Biesiada; and also, Coleman Shafer, Luke Haak, Josiah Haak, Cody Haak, Roger Haak and Willy Haak. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
