He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mack Williams and Verdie Williams (Woods); his wife Pauline Williams; his sons, Andy Eppler and Bruce Eppler; his grandson Gary Campbell; his son-in-law Roy White; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Arnold and Hubert Whalen.
He is survived by: his niece Jayne; his children, Roger Eppler, Anna Koonce (Paul), Debbie Reidy, Pauline Herrington, Sandy White, Brenda Campbell (Marlin) and Jayne Webb (Clifton); and his sisters, Wanda Arnold and Maxine Whalen. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
