He is survived by: his children, Kathy Ann Allison-Stokes, David Michael Stokes (Melissa), Heather Lee Stokes and Holly Etheredge (Dillion); and his grandchildren, Justin, Samantha, Brandon, Katelyn, Seth, Brayden, Maleek, Madilyn and Dani.
