Joan Anderson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2023, at the age of 95, Joan Anderson of Tenaha, Texas, born in Mount Pleasant, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Branch "Cub" and Hazel Snider Gilpin; her daughter Marsha Sue Anderson; and her sister Sue Vickery. She is survived by: her husband Marshall Lee Anderson; her sons, David Anderson (Elizabeth), Bob Anderson (Karen) and Mark Anderson (Sandy); and her grandchildren, Bill Anderson (Allison), Lee Ann Tutton (Nick), Laura Freeman, Ashley Wier (Byron), Austin Anderson (Kristen), Catherine Wilson (Matt), Steven Anderson (Claire) and Jenny Sampognaro (John). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
