He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Parkman and Minnie Ellen Pickard Parkman; his siblings, Margie Parkman and Rex Parkman; and his daughter Angie Binstock.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Parkman of Tenaha; his children, Kim Parkman (Frankie) of Marshall, Darrell Parkman (Angela) of Gilmer, Brad Parkman (Michelle) of McKinney and Sue Carr of Timpson; his grandchildren, Tracy, Rachael, Cody, Nicci, David, Dereka, Chaz, Dalton, Jacob and Travis; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Zack, Kate, Daniel, Preston and Connor; and his great great grandchildren, Amory and Raylee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Ramah Baptist Church.
