She was predeceased by: her father Bill Wise; her siblings, Billy Ray, W. D. Wise and Katie Campbell; and her former husband James Conway.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Kay, Jr.; her children, Gabe Owens of Joaquin, Buffey Vestal (Gary) of Gilmer and Jamie Walker (Cody) of Bedford; her stepchildren, Kenneth Conway (Tracy) and Rhonda Samford (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Addison Coleman, Jon Vestal, Penelope Vestal, Madison Taylor (Kade), Aiden Walker and Lincoln Walker; her sister Joy Rankin (Lloyd); her mother-in-law Nancy Kay; and her sisters-in-law, Nannette Hendricks (Skipper), DeAnn Niles (Dennis) and Cassie Thompson (Jim). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
