He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Ann Harrison of Frisco, TX; his stepsons, Chip Self, Joel Self of Austin, TX and Jay; and his brother John Harrison of Newton, KS..
Jay loved Jesus and missed attending his church during the pandemic and his illness.
