It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William James Linzy Jr. (Temple, Texas), born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gemelle Martin Linzy of New Orleans; his parents, William J. "Dub" and Kathleen Linzy (Muhl); his former wife Cynthia Robinson; his child Chris; his pets, Hope, Hans I-IV, Loki and Nyx; his siblings, Howard Linzy (Rhonda) of Ponchatoula, LA and Nancy Linzy (Fran) of Mandeville, LA; his children, Noelle Smith (Brian) of Georgetown, TX, Christopher Linzy (Heather) of Temple, TX and Devon Linzy (Helena) of Temple, TX; his stepchildren, Gigi Saak (Tim Goux), Rob Saak (Shelly) and Matt Garvin (Sam); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Claire, Pierce and Hope; his stepgrandchildren, Shelby, Garrett, Gabe, Sara, Jacob and Liberty; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel Linzy, Gina Craft (Edwin), Shayne Linzy (Inda) and James Minton (Sarah). He was also cherished by cousins as well as a legion of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any remembrance be sent to Lutheran High School in Metairie, LA; St Luke's Catholic Church in Temple, TX; or a charity of your own choosing.
