He was predeceased by: his father Frank Joseph Haudek, Sr. (Silvia Killeretzky). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Kaulfus; his children, Michael Haudek (Monica) and Staci Sellears; his grandsons, Devin Smith, Baylee, Derek Haudek and Casin Sellears; and his brother Frank Haudek, Jr.. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
