We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2020, at the age of 80, Willard Parker (Temple, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Parker; and his sister Paula Russell. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Mae Parker of Belton; his daughters, Patrice Gayle of Belton, Linda Sullivan of Round Rock and Nikki Parker of Killeen; and his siblings, David Murray of Lincoln, Nebraska, Wilma Williams of Temple and Diane Vestor of Perry, Oklahoma. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
