She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Cheek; and her brother James Cheek. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Cheek; her children, Fred Bandy III of Longview, Kevin Bandy of Temple and Dani Bowker (Matthew) of Temple; and her sisters, Sharon Cheek of Moody, Vickie Roberts-Cheek of Manvel and Carol "Renee" Cheek of Holland. She is also survived by her four grandbabies; and thirty-one foster grandbabies.
