She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Robert Kleypas and Otilia Beach Kleypas; her sons, Curtis Stermer, Bruce Stermer and Brian Stermer; and her brothers, Wils Kleypas, Lee Kleypas, Richard Kleypas and James Kleypas.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Stermer (Christine) of Austin, Karen Patton (Billy) of Lufkin and Susan Stermer of Temple; and her brothers, George Kleypas of Waco and Robert Joseph Kleypas of Duncanville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
