He is survived by: his wife Hallie Ann Ward; his daughter Shelisa Courtain (Russ Nelson); his grandchildren, Candace Howeth, Cody Courtain, Colton Courtain and Courtney King (Kane King); his daughter Tonya Drake (Nelson Drake); his grandchildren, Chance Drake (Renee Retana), Cayleigh Ripley (Dylan Ripley) and Chase Drake; his daughter Misty Daniels (Neil Daniels); his grandchildren, Caitlin Stanke (Chris Dutton) and Ciara Stanke (James Hammond); his sister Vanny Bolsins; his siblings-in-law, Barry (Jeanie Ward) and Peggy (Red Coleman); and his great grandchildren, Michael Howeth II, Stetson Howeth, Hayleigh Howeth, Elliote Wheeler, Kole Drake, Bowen Drake, Grayson Drake, Layla Drake, Kinleigh Ripley, Karsyn Ripley and Kyler Ripley.
