He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Chamberlain and Valasta Bess Kristek. He is survived by: his wife Nancey Chamberlain; his daughter Cheryl Huebel (Fred Huebel) of Houston Texas; his grandsons, Cole and Kyle Wilkerson; his cousin Sharon Cleary (Donny); and his pet Cassie.

“My deepest sympathy to Tom's family. Tom was an incredible Rotarian who was such a leader in the Temple Rotary Club. He served as President for almost two years in 1996-98 and as District Governor in 2002-03. Our history books (one of which he co-wrote) reflect his many contributions and accomplishments. He taught me a lot about how to be a Rotarian and was instrumental in helping me start a kids Rotary Club at Lakewood Elementary School. He was a very kind and gracious man. Barbara Bozon”
