She was predeceased by: her parent Jan Marie Johnson. She is survived by: her father Larry Wayne Johnson; her husband Jody Cade Brooks; and her siblings, Kristina Gomez and David Johnson. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that anybody wishing to honor Theresa's memory make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, any local children's charity, or to Service Dogs, Inc. in Dripping Springs, TX.
