Lowe (Carol) of Temple, Melvin Lowe (Debra) of Temple, Steven Craig Lowe (Gaila) of Temple, Glenn Lowe of Temple, Reggie Lowe of Dallas, Pastor Lula Reed (Larry), Cynthia Lowe, Sandra Dunlap and Gloria Lowe of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Terrilyn Lowe and De'Karri Sodiers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
