He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mayfield and Dolores Mayfield; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Gentzen and Lynn Gilland. He is survived by: his wife BJ Mayfield; his stepson Byron Sparks; his sister Michelle Mayfield Gentzen of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Logan, Matthew, Cody, Breanna and Katie; his mother-in-law Lousie Strain of Granbury, TX.; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Harris (Steve) of Granbury, TX, Terrie Moore, New Washington and Julie Dubois. He is also survived by his cousins and friends.
