He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herlinda Rodriguez and Simon DeLaCruz Sr.; his sister Linda Ann DeLaCruz; his sons, Daniel DeLaCruz of Corpus Christi, Xavier DeLaCruz of Temple and Richard DeLaCruz of Temple; and his siblings, Kenneth Kelly Jr. of Temple and Tammy Rodriguez (Kelly) of Belton. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren.
