She is survived by: her husband Louis Kohutek; her daughters, Karen Beeler (Mike) of Yukon, Oklahoma and Donna McEntire (Larry); her grandsons, Ryan Guidry of Oklahoma, Jared Guidry of Oklahoma, Travis Guidry of Oklahoma and Russ Guidry (Korey); her great grandchildren, Lainey of Illinois, Stella of Illinois and Owen Guidry of Illinois; and also Clinic.
