He is survived by: his daughter Mindy Spradley (Bobby) of Temple; his grandchildren, Shayden, James and Dylan Spradley; his stepfather Dwayne Vaughan; and his siblings, Jerry Ward (Teresa) of Lamesa, Linda Bartley (Math) of Lubbock, Steve Vaughan (Carolyn) of Hurst, Teresa Ward (Jerry) of Lamesa and James Vaughan (Reggie) of Midland.
